Pautva reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

However, we do not warrant that product specifications or availability are error-free. In the event of a pricing error or misdescription, Pautva reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order and provide a full refund. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and exclude shipping costs, taxes, or duties unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on the Pautva Site, you agree to pay the total amount specified at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Pautva reserves the right to verify payment information and may cancel orders if payment is not authorized or if fraud is suspected. 5. Shipping and Delivery

Pautva will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; Pautva is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. 6. Refund Policy

Pautva offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery for keyboards, mice, and headphones, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a Pautva error (e.g., wrong item or defect).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Pautva. The purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Unauthorized use of Pautva's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable law.
