Pautva offers a single, reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. This method is available for all products in our store, including keyboards, mice, and headphones. We do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping is a paid service. There are no free shipping promotions or minimum order amounts that waive the shipping fee. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the items in your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • Domestic orders: 5–10 business days after shipping.
  • International orders: 10–20 business days after shipping.

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

As we do not have a user center, all tracking information will be sent directly to the email address you provided during checkout.

Shipping Address

Pautva is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. Pautva is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
